Organised with the Gala Harriers, the new distance means there are now three runs for participants of all ages and standards to take part in, all of which start at Gala Cricket Club. The junior fun run starts at 6pm with a £2 entry fee, the 5k Meigle Run starts at 6.15pm (£5 fee) followed by the 10k run at 7pm (£5 fee). A family entry for the Meigle Run is £10. Families, walkers and dog walkers are encouraged to participate. Registration starts at 5pm at the Cricket Club, with a social event in the clubrooms afterwards
